Sumbal, May 10 -- The All Jammu & Kashmir Shia Association (AJKSA), in collaboration with the J&K State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), on Sunday organised a volunteer training and disaster management programme at Jamia Imam Jaffar Sadiq (AS) in Sumbal, with youth volunteers from several areas participating in the day-long session.

The initiative, launched by AJKSA President Molvi Imran Ansari, aims to train youth across all districts of Jammu & Kashmir to enable them to provide immediate assistance during emergencies and support local authorities and rescue agencies as and when required.
