Sharma, Registrar General, High Court of J&K and Ladakh saturday presided over an awareness programme on NALSA's SAMVAD (Strengthening Access to Justice for Marginalized, Vulnerable Adivasis and De notified/ Nomadic Tribes) Scheme at Imtiyaz Memorial Government Degree College, Shopian.
