Jammu, Oct. 27 -- Share Tweet Share Asif Malik Srinagar, Oct 27 (KNS): National Conference MLA Salman Ali Sagar on Tuesday said the Cabinet expansion in Jammu and Kashmir had completed the strength of the Council of Ministers, while acknowledging that some legislators were disappointed over being left out. Speaking to news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), the Hazratbal MLA said Chief Minister Omar Abdullah had filled the available ministerial positions through the latest expansion and replacement of a minister who was dropped.
