, Sept. 6 -- The ACC has approved the appointment of Vivek Kumar Dewangen to the post of Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary, from the date of assumption of charge of the post until his Superannuation. He is a 1993 batch IAS officer of Manipur cadre.
