Kargil, Oct. 16 -- The Departments of Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Physics of Government Degree College (GDC) Kargil successfully concluded a two-day exposure visit to the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jammu and CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM), Jammu, under the DBT STAR College Scheme.

During the visit to IIT Jammu, students explored research laboratories, attended a lecture on electromagnetic waves and interacted with Dr. Vivek Raina, who briefed them on research opportunities, higher studies, and DNA damage and repair.
