Leh, Aug. 22 -- Chief Secretary, Union Territory of Ladakh, Shri Ashish Kundra, today undertook a comprehensive review of key development and infrastructure projects in Leh, including the Ladakh Oma Dairy Plant, the newly established Tri-Fusion Gasifier Incinerator at the Solid Waste Resource Management Centre (SRMC), Choglamsar, and the Rural Development Department (RDD) Guest House, taking stock of their functioning, progress and potential to generate employment and strengthen local livelihoods.
