Kargil, June 3 -- Hon'ble Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today met the Director General Border Roads Organisation ( DGBR)Lt Gen. Harpal Singh, at the Council Secretariat, Kargil.
