Kargil, March 16 -- The Hon'ble Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today flagged off 270 quintals of organic fertilizer in the first phase to Chanigund and Karkitchu villages. The distribution of organic fertilizer is being carried out under the initiative "Cultivating Prosperity" for the upcoming crop season 2026-27. The distribution drive has been organized by the Department of Cooperatives, Kargil, UT Ladakh, at Kurbathang, Kargil.
