Srinagar, Aug. 26 -- All roads led to Dargah Hazratbal on Tuesday evening as devotees from all parts of Kashmir thronged the holy place to observe the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), commonly known as Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).

Young and elderly, men and women, children thronged the shrine for special prayers ahead of Milad.

Though the celebrations are held all over Kashmir at mosques and shrines, Dargah Hazratbal remains the favourite attraction for devotees as it houses the Holy Relic of the Prophet (SAW).

While night-long prayers will be held on Tuesday night, Wednesday the whole day will witness special prayers all over.
