SRINAGAR, Sept. 19 -- Leader of Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and BJP leader Sunil Sharma on Saturday held meetings with various delegations in Srinagar as part of the party's public outreach programme, with representatives raising issues related to civic amenities, employment and public services.
According to a BJP statement, delegations representing trade bodies, transporters, professionals, civil society groups, students and other sections of society met Sharma and highlighted concerns affecting their respective sectors.
Sharma said issues raised by the delegations would be taken up with the concerned authorities and, where necessary, during the upcoming Assembly session.
