Jammu, April 21 -- The committee constituted to review the Ease of Doing Business framework and revise the Industrial Policy for Jammu and Kashmir on Monday held its first meeting with stakeholders at Udyog Bhawan in Jammu.

The meeting was chaired by Shailendra Kumar and attended by committee members Vikramjit Singh and Amitava Chatterjee.

Officials said the interaction marked the first round of stakeholder consultations on revising the existing industrial policy and improving the ease of doing business in the Union Territory. The next round of consultations is scheduled to be held in Kashmir.
