Sopore, Oct. 13 -- Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sopore Neha Jain on Tuesday directed police officers to intensify efforts against drug trafficking, strengthen the anti-terrorism grid and expedite investigations, particularly in cases registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Jain issued the directions during an introductory meeting with officers of Police District Sopore at the Conference Hall of Police Component Sopore.
