New Delhi/Srinagar: Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya on Sunday launched the Srinagar Khel Sankalp, a comprehensive document aimed at charting a unified, athlete-centric vision for India's sporting future.

The Sankalp was unveiled in Srinagar on the final day of the three-day Chintan Shivir of Ministers of Youth Affairs and Sports from States and Union Territories.
