Chushul, March 30 -- As part of the nationwide commemorative series marking 150 Years of the National Song "Vande Mataram", Shaheedi Devas was solemnly observed today at the historic Rezang La War Memorial, Chushul.
The programme was organised by the Ladakh Academy of Art, Culture & Languages (LAACL) with enthusiastic participation from all sections of society.
A large number of school students from the adjoining villages of Chushul and Changthang, along with members of the general public, actively participated in the event. A mass singing of "Vande Mataram" was conducted on the occasion, creating a powerful atmosphere of patriotism and collective pride, while commemorating the enduring legacy of the national song.
