Srinagar, July 11 -- Secretary (Technical), Agriculture Production Department, G. A. Sofi, on Friday reviewed the progress of developmental schemes being implemented by the Animal Husbandry Department, Kashmir, and stressed the need for efficient service delivery and administrative accountability.
Chairing a review meeting, Sofi assessed the physical and financial progress under various schemes, including the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), Integrated Dairy Development Scheme (IDDS), Livestock Health and Disease Control Programme, Mobile Veterinary Units, Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), CAPEX works and NABARD-funded projects.
