Jammu, May 25 -- Satish Sharma on Sunday emphasized youth empowerment, healthy living and promotion of sports culture to build a strong and drug-free Jammu and Kashmir.

The Minister was addressing students, teachers, parents and members of the school community during the annual prize distribution function at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Jammu II at Nardi-Bala.
