Srinagar/Jammu, July 5 -- Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, and Science and Technology Satish Sharma on Saturday inspected Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra camps at Banihal, Ramban and Chanderkote to review arrangements for pilgrims.

According to an official statement, Sharma, accompanied by Sajad Shaheen, assessed facilities at the camps, with particular focus on the quality, hygiene and availability of food at langars and community kitchens. He also reviewed arrangements for accommodation, sanitation, drinking water, medical care and other essential services.
