Srinagar, May 16 -- Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education Sakeena Itoo on Friday visited JVC Hospital Bemina to review patient care services, inspect healthcare facilities and inquire about the health condition of injured journalist Ubaid Malik.
During the visit, the Minister conducted a comprehensive inspection of various departments of the hospital and reviewed medical services, infrastructure, sanitation, healthcare delivery systems and patient management.
She interacted with patients, attendants, doctors, paramedical staff and hospital administrators to obtain first-hand feedback regarding treatment facilities, availability of medicines, diagnostic services and overall functioning of the hospital.
