KULGAM, March 29 -- Minister for Education, Social Welfare, Health and Medical Education, Sakeena Itoo, today felicitated meritorious students who secured top positions in the 12th class examination during the 'Mega Shining Star' ceremony held at Government Degree College (GDC) here.

The event was organised by the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, in collaboration with CT University, Ludhiana and GDC Kulgam.
