Jammu, April 3 -- Minister for Youth Services and Sports Satish Sharma on Thursday informed the Legislative Assembly that Rs 136.67 lakh has been spent on the development and upgradation of sports infrastructure in the Billawar constituency during the past three years.

Replying to a question raised by legislator Satish Kumar Sharma, the Minister said the department has distributed 149 sports kits among schools and clubs in the constituency and regularly organises talent hunt programmes and selection camps at school and zone levels.
