BUDGAM, June 22 -- Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Abdul Rahim Rather, on Monday visited the site of the recent fire incident at Dara-ul-Uloom, Pakherpora, to assess the damage and express solidarity with the affected students, staff and local residents.

During the visit, the Speaker expressed deep grief over the incident, which caused extensive damage to the educational institution. He interacted with students, the institution's management and members of the local community, assuring them of all possible support for the restoration of the institute.
