Srinagar, May 17 -- In any fair administrative system, seniority is more than a list. It is a recognition of years of service, commitment, and professional integrity. But when such recognition is selectively delayed, it stops being a procedural lapse and begins to resemble institutional discrimination. The prolonged non-release of the English seniority list by the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) is one such case that demands urgent attention.
