Srinagar, April 15 -- PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday expressed concern over incidents related to cow vigilantism, and appealed to the BJP to refrain from actions that could disrupt peace and harmony in Jammu and Kashmir.

In a statement, a party spokesman said the PDP president urged restraint and caution.
