NIA chargesheets Kishtwar terror attack accused, three deceased Pakistani terrorists
Srinagar, Oct. 10 -- The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a 535-page chargesheet before a special court in Jammu against an arrested man and three deceased Pakistani terrorists in connection with a February 2026 terror attack in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to an NIA statement, the chargesheet names Maneer Ahmed, son of Mohammad Yousuf Koli and a resident of Naidgam Chatroo in the Inderwal area of Kishtwar, along with three deceased Pakistani terrorists, identified as Saifullah, also known as Saifullah Kashmiri, Atiq Nazir and Atiq Ur Rehman.
The case relates to a terror attack on February 22, 2026, at Wani Mohalla in Passer Kote, Chatroo, Kishtwar. It is registered as RC-03/2026/NIA/JMU.
