Jammu, April 30 -- Executive Director of NHPC Regional Office Jammu, Anish Gouraha, on Wednesday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and discussed ongoing hydropower projects in the Union Territory.

During the meeting, Gouraha briefed the Lieutenant Governor on various initiatives being undertaken by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) to tap the vast untapped hydropower potential of Jammu and Kashmir.

The discussion focused on ongoing projects and efforts aimed at strengthening power generation capacity in the region, with an emphasis on harnessing available resources efficiently.
