Srinagar, Oct. 20 -- Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) general secretary (organisation) Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura on Tuesday accused the National Conference-led government of failing to fulfil its electoral promises and address public grievances.

Hanjura alleged that people were disappointed with the government's performance and continued to face difficulties over issues that, he said, remained unaddressed despite commitments made in the election manifesto.

He said the people of Jammu and Kashmir deserved accountable governance and a responsive administration, adding that electoral promises should translate into tangible outcomes rather than remain political commitments.
