Srinagar, April 25 -- While Jammu is going to witness a heatwave, The India Meteorological Department on Friday forecast partly to generally cloudy weather with spells of light rain and thundershowers across Kashmir over the next few days.

According to the Meteorological Centre Srinagar, many places in Kashmir are likely to receive light rain or thundershowers with gusty winds during the afternoon and evening hours on April 25. The weather is expected to remain largely dry on April 26 and 27, with brief spells of light rain at isolated places.
