Srinagar, May 23 -- Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Strategy), on Friday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, in Srinagar.

Lieutenant General Balbir Singh, General Officer Commanding (GoC) of Chinar Corps, accompanied him during the meeting.
