Jammu, Nov. 6 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday met separate delegations of the Jammu Tawi Aarti team, the makers of a short film on drug abuse and the Jewellers Association Jammu, with discussions covering cultural and religious initiatives, social awareness and other issues.

A delegation of the Jammu Tawi Aarti team, led by Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) president for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Rajesh Gupta, apprised the Lieutenant Governor of its ongoing social, cultural and religious activities in the Jammu region.

The delegation briefed Sinha about preparations for the forthcoming Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir (LJK) Mahotsav 2026, scheduled to be held from December 18 to 20 at the Tawi Riverfront.
