Srinagar, July 28 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday chaired the introductory meeting of the newly constituted Governing Board of Gandhi Memorial College, Srinagar, and directed the formulation of a comprehensive policy to streamline the institution's administrative and operational framework.

The meeting discussed a range of academic and administrative issues aimed at improving the overall functioning of the college.
