Srinagar, Oct. 3 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday said Mahatma Gandhi's ideals of truth, non-violence and social responsibility remain deeply relevant in today's technology-driven world and urged the youth to use technology responsibly while remaining anchored in human values and ethical conduct.
