SRINAGAR, Sept. 7 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha addressed the IIT (BHU) Global Alumni Meet in Chicago, Illinois, on Monday, where he highlighted the role of artificial intelligence in economic growth and stressed the need for its ethical and responsible use.

Addressing the gathering, Sinha said artificial intelligence has the potential to drive economic development by combining human capabilities with machine intelligence. He emphasised that AI should remain anchored in ethics, core values and human oversight to ensure that technological advancement serves society's broader interests.
