Kupwara, Oct. 20 -- Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Abhishek Sharma on Tuesday convened a meeting of district and sectoral officers to prepare an action plan for Keran under the Aspirational Block Programme (ABP), focusing on civic amenities, livelihood generation, waste management and tourism infrastructure.
Sharma directed departments to identify development needs across all villages in the border block and submit sector-specific proposals based on ground-level assessments, emphasising measurable outcomes and timely implementation.
