Kupwara, July 2 -- Managing Director of the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL), Mahmood Ahmad Shah, on Wednesday visited the border village of Keran to review the progress of developmental works being carried out under the Vibrant Villages Programme-II (VVP-II).
The visit focused on assessing the pace of development, reviewing the implementation of key government schemes and interacting with local residents to understand their developmental concerns and aspirations.
