KPDCL announces power shutdowns in Kashmir areas
SRINAGAR, Sept. 14 -- The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced scheduled power shutdowns in several areas of Kashmir due to maintenance work on various 33 kV transmission lines.
According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, power supply to Watlab, Warpora, Hatlangoo, Dangerpora, Qunsoo, Dooru, Mundji, Shiva, Tujjar, Shrine, Arampora, Adipora and adjoining areas will remain affected from 8 am to 2 pm on September 15 due to a shutdown of the 33 kV Amargarh-Bandipora line.
A shutdown of the 33 kV LJHP-Uri line will affect power supply to Salamabad, NHPC, MES Uri, TFC Uri, Gharkote, Bandi, Mohura, Rampur, Bijhama, Dhani, Bagna, Kamalkote, Paranpillam and nearby areas from 8 am to 2 pm on September 21,...
