SRINAGAR, April 24 -- The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited has announced scheduled power shutdowns in various areas of Srinagar and Ganderbal districts due to maintenance works on transmission lines.

According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, shutdown of the 33 kV Alastang-Nagbal and 33 kV Alastang-Zakura lines will affect power supply to Shuhama, Baqura, Darend, Nagbal, Fatahpora, Gadoora, Tulbagh, Chunduna, Saloora, Shairpathri, Pandach, Pathan Colony, Gulab Bagh, Mir Mohalla, Umarhair, Nowbugh, Ahmad Nagar, 90 Ft Road, Khalmulla and adjoining areas from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on April 25, 2026.
