SRINAGAR, Sept. 16 -- The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced a series of scheduled power shutdowns across parts of Kashmir due to maintenance and repair works on transmission lines and feeders.
According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, power supply to Sangam, Shanglipora, Takenwari and adjoining areas will remain affected from 8 am to 2 pm on September 19 and 23 due to the shutdown of the 33 kV Wanganpora-Takanwari line.
A shutdown of the 33 kV Wanganpora-Soura SKIMS line will affect power supply to Upper Soura, 90 Feet, Zoonimar, Anchar, Bahlachpora and adjoining areas from 8 am to 2 pm on September 26 and 30.
