SRINAGAR, Oct. 13 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Women's Development Corporation (JKWDC) Board of Directors on Monday approved the corporation's budget estimates for 2026-27 and directed officials to expedite the recovery of outstanding loans, particularly long-pending dues.
The decisions were taken at the corporation's 31st board meeting chaired by Minister for Social Welfare, Education, Health and Medical Education Sakeena Itoo at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC).
The board also approved the corporation's financial statements for 2024-25, which will be forwarded for audit.
