SRINAGAR, Oct. 23 -- The Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation Limited (JKPCC) on Friday approved all pending compassionate appointment cases placed before it, during its 101st meeting chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary.
