SRINAGAR, Sept. 15 -- Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Departments, Javid Ahmad Dar on Tuesday participated virtually in a high-level meeting convened by the Union Ministry of Jal Shakti to discuss the launch of the Swachh Seva Aankalan (SSA) framework and preparations for the upcoming Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2026 campaign in rural areas.

The meeting was chaired by Union Minister for Jal Shakti C.R. Patil and attended by senior officials of the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation. Director General Rural Sanitation, J&K, Anoo Malhotra, along with other officers of the Directorate of Rural Sanitation, also participated.
