Jammu, March 27 -- The semifinal line-up of the ongoing J&K UT Men's Hockey Championship was finalised on Day 4 after a series of high-intensity matches at KK Hakku Hockey Stadium, Jammu.
The championship, being held after a gap of three years since March 24, has witnessed participation from 17 teams across the Union Territory.
Addressing the gathering, Hockey J&K officials reiterated their commitment to reviving the sport in the region. General Secretary Dr. Taran Singh said sustained efforts are being made to rejuvenate hockey by reactivating clubs and engaging veteran players, with teams now showing improved performance at the national level.
