Srinagar, July 28 -- Jammu and Kashmir has ranked third among States and Union Territories in the country in the solarisation of government buildings, with 8,181 buildings equipped with rooftop solar systems having a cumulative installed capacity of 85.8 MW, officials informed Minister Satish Sharma during a review meeting on Tuesday.
