Jammu, July 5 -- Pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir who participated in the six-day Somnath Swabhiman Yatra-2026 returned safely to Jammu Tawi Railway Station on Saturday following the conclusion of the pilgrimage to Gujarat.
According to an official statement, Principal Secretary, Culture, Brij Mohan Sharma, and Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Harvinder Kour, received the pilgrims on their arrival.
The yatra was organised by the Culture Department in collaboration with JKAACL under the theme "Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat". During the pilgrimage, the participants visited the Somnath Temple and other religious, historical and cultural sites across Gujarat.
