Srinagar, Aug. 30 -- The Higher Education Department has announced Phase-II of undergraduate admissions for the 2026-27 academic session in Government Degree Colleges across Jammu and Kashmir, with the registration process set to begin on September 1 through the centralised admission portal.

According to an official notification, the admission process is open to students who qualified the biannual, supplementary or private Class 12 examinations of 2026 conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) and other recognised boards.

Admissions will be processed through the department's centralised online portal, jkadmissions.in.
