SRINAGAR, Oct. 13 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered the transfer and posting of 10 private secretaries in various departments with immediate effect.

As per an order issued by the General Administration Department, Mehraj-ud-Din Rather has been transferred from the Transport Department to the Tourism Department, while Baby Shabnum, shifted from the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, will await further posting in the General Administration Department.

Munish Gupta has been transferred from the Agriculture Production Department to the Department of Public Grievances, while Mohinder Paul Singh has been shifted from the Lieutenant Governor's Secretariat at Lok Bhavan to the Health and Medical Education Depar...
