Jammu, April 30 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government is exploring the adoption of a Multi-Channel Messaging API solution to improve delivery of public services, with a focus on accessibility, efficiency, and real-time communication.

The proposal was discussed at a meeting chaired by Secretary, Information Technology Dr. Piyush Singla, attended by senior officials of the department, including representatives from Jammu and Kashmir e-Governance Agency, State e-Mission Team (SeMT), and empanelled system integrators under the National e-Governance Division of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
