SRINAGAR, Sept. 13 -- J&K Bank has been conferred the 'Best Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Overall Practices' award at the 13th National CSR Leadership Congress & Awards, recognising its social development and community welfare initiatives across Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and other regions.

The award was presented at a function held at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru, where J&K Bank's Zonal Head (Bengaluru), Shadab Mehboob, received the honour on behalf of the bank.

According to the bank, the recognition acknowledges its CSR interventions in areas such as healthcare, education, livelihood generation, environmental sustainability, disability inclusion and grassroots sports.
