SRINAGAR, Sept. 12 -- J&K Bank has been awarded the "Best Bank Award for Digital Transformation in Banking" at the Navabharat BFSI Summit & Awards 2026 held in Mumbai.

The award recognises the bank's efforts in deploying digital technologies to enhance customer-facing banking services and improve accessibility across its network.

The award was received by J&K Bank's Mumbai Zonal Head, Irfan Kawoosa, during a ceremony held at Taj President, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai.

In a statement, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Amitava Chatterjee said the recognition reflected the bank's ongoing efforts to modernise its services and strengthen its digital banking ecosystem.
