Srinagar, Aug. 6 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday said his administration has resolved to dismantle the terror network and bring its perpetrators to justice to secure a life of peace, equality and hope for every citizen of the Union Territory.

He was addressing an event after handing over appointment letters to 37 Next of Kins (NoKs) of civilians killed by terrorists, an official press release informed.
