ANANTNAG, Sept. 4 -- Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir Zone, Sujit Kumar, on Thursday reviewed the security and crime situation in Anantnag district during a meeting held at the District Police Office (DPO) Anantnag.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Inspector General of Police, South Kashmir Range, Javid Iqbal Matoo, Senior Superintendent of Police Anantnag, Amod Ashok Nagpure, and other senior police officers.

According to police officials, the review focused on the overall security scenario in the district, crime prevention measures, investigation of cases and ongoing police operations.
